Shipping & Guidelines Delivery time - Delivery time in the United States is normally 3-5 business days. International shipping may take up to 4 weeks depending on your location and shipping choice. Please be aware that we observe all (US) national / bank holidays and we do not ship on those days. Buyer pays actual shipping cost for their location, plus 1.50 handing charge for packing and materials. We recommend UPS for all shipping, use USPS at your own risk. We do combine shipping, please contact us with your request. Carriers - US orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS parcel post. International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. Tracking Number - You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with a link containing your tracking number so you can monitor your orders shipping status. Lost Packages - We recommend UPS for all shipping, as they provide tracking for every step of the shipping process. Use USPS at your own risk. USPS tracking only tracks when the item has been shipped and when it was dropped off. If a package is lost by the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and / or file a claim. Local Pickup We offer local pickup from our location in Roanoke, Virginia, Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm. Please contact us if you need directions. We have a loading dock, a forklift, as well as ground level access. For local pickup, we do charge a $10.00 fee if your item uses a pallet. Payment Options PayPal is the preferred payment option. We also can take credit card payments over the telephone. We can process Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. American Express customers please use Paypal to process your transaction. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are also accepted but are the slowest way to receive your item due to you having to send it through the mail. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 15 business days of delivery. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call or e-mail us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. CSI Surplus is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.
