97V 34 HP DC ELECTRIC VEHICLE MOTOR If you need a GREAT power source for an electric vehicle project, You want to turn a small vehicle into a drage racing dream and a competitors nightmare or you just want that perfect power source for your project. Then Here is the Electric Motor for you. This motor is similar to the DC motor that was recently sold by us. however is more powerful at lower voltages. Gain monstor starting torque of over 100 foot pounds. This electric motor can produce 34 HP continuously at 97 Volts DC and over 70 HP for short intermittent burst of power at that voltage. It is a refurbished 34 HP 97V shunt wound, continuous duty reversible DC Motor. This Motor has been tested. It is in excellent working condition and its appearance is as shown in the listing. The pictures with cables attached illustrate how to connect the motor and have it reverse. The red and black alligator clips is where the field is powered with 24 volts DC. The green wire power cables illustrate connection to power the motor and can be given 97 volts DC at the motors optimum operating voltage. You can reverse this motor by simply changing the polarity of the power cables (green cables) this means switching which post each cable is connected to. The field (alligator clips) should be connected separately (separate power source) from the power cable (green cable). This is a high quality Raymond Forklift Electric Motor. This Electric motor can be used for Forklifts, Electric Vehicles, Hydraulic power packs, pumps ECT. The power cable must be disconnected or turned off before the fields are turned off. this motor also comes with the shaft key for easy connection.
