All sales are final, all products are sold “As Is†. No order can be canceled, refunds are not available. V’s Auto Design Body Kits does not offer warranty, if the manufacture offers a warranty then a warranty document will be sent with the product. All products sold at V’s Auto Design Body Kits are aftermarket products and are intended for off-read or show use only. V’s Auto Design Body Kits is not responsible for any damages as a result of these products. Due to the strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street or highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. V’s Auto Design will not be responsible for your own actions. No orders can be canceled after twenty-four hours from placing order, unless customer obtain a CMA number from V’s Auto Design Body Kits, and a 33% restocking fee will be deducted. Customer may not return any item purchased at V’s Auto Design Body Kits without evidence of product defects or error. All claims must be made within 24 hours from receiving the product. All claim made after that will be denied. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason customer is responsible for both shipment costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 33%. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization. V’s Auto Design Body Kits will credit customer in the same manner as your original payment within 2-7 days of receiving the returned item. Items marked as “free shipping†still will be deducted $165 for each shipment. After pressing “Buy It Now†customers using credit card as a payment method have agreed that the amount advertised will be charged to their credit card plus shipping and an additional handling fee of $50.00. Therefore, they will not place any chargeback or claim. If customers want to back up an order they must do it within twenty-four hours from placing their order because some orders will be shipped within eight to forty-eight hours. If order has already been sent, then order can not be canceled, and buy must receive the product. If customer denies a delivery without a RMA no refund will be issued. Customers know that for installation they may need screws, sets of washers, sets of bolts, self-tapping screws, screw driver, socket wrench, socket extension, socket (size varies with vehicles), drill bit (size ranges varies), and drill motor. All products are to be installed by a highly trained professional with knowledge of custom fiberglass and carbon fiber. Customers are responsible for all installation fees. All fiberglass parts are made out of 100% fiberglass, therefore, due to the material used in production, these body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. Message to customers, please make sure when you make your purchase you enter the right shipping fee amount otherwise order will delay. Every products at V’s Auto Design Body Kits are brand new and in a perfect condition before they are sent out to their new owners. All products are made out of fiberglass and original gel coated, or carbon fiber, (see above). Our products are easy to install by a highly professional with knowledge of custom fiberglass and carbon fiber fabrication. All parts come ready to be installed and paint. Products have not ever been installed before. At V’s Auto Design Body Kits all body kits include one front bumper or lip, one rear bumper or lip and a pair of side skirts, (see above to determine if it’s a complete bumper or a lip), All wings/rear spoiler include the product plus some screws (depending on the wing). Hoods auctions include the hood advertised plus some screws as well. All fenders are advertised as a set of fenders (right and left). An installation guide will be provided on every product. However if any car or truck has been involved in any type of collision, then additional body work will be needed.
